Branding
Good branding communicates a clear story and has the ability to elevate any company, event, or initiative. Having a brand that stakeholders recognize can build trust and support that will last a lifetime.
Events
I found a love for the details of event planning as I was planning my wedding, and I have enjoyed carrying my passion for the little details into my professional life. I am known to elevate any event with ease.
Photography
While not my expertise by any means, photography is something I have grown into over time, learning new tricks and techniques every single day. I have taken tips from multiple colleagues over the years to elevate this skill.
Social Media
My social media style is professional with a light and cheeky undertone. I aim to get clear communication across while maintaining a personable and approachable online demeanor.

As a graduate of the CPC program at TCU, I was able to fully develop a communications plan that won me top honors at the annual TSPRA awards. I have the skillset to develop any type of business plan from top to bottom.
Strengths
I have taken the Gallup Strengths assessment many times throughout my career and generally get the same six to seven top strengths back each time. I feel they truly capture my top qualities as a professional.
Testimonials
“At Northwest ISD, Hailee took a position that was not fully defined and made it her own with new initiatives and ideas. She has created programs that benefit students and staff by working closely with the school district's associated foundation, including a vital program to provide food and educational items to families in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hailee is a self-starter who is easy to work with and always pays close attention to details to ensure projects are completed correctly and successfully!”
— Anthony Tosie, Northwest ISD Executive Director of Communications
“As a school PR professional, Hailee hit the ground running once she joined our team in Northwest ISD. Charged with coordinating our Partners In Education program for the school district, Hailee immediately took steps to revamp and streamline the NISD PIE program using her MBA skills. She evaluated our volunteer sign-up, assignment, database management, and communication processes to eliminate redundancies that created confusion and frustration for our staff and community volunteers. Thanks to her, the PIE program experienced growth and expansion unmatched in previous years. By meeting with staff and volunteers face-to-face, she was able to create a system that catered to the people it served; not the administration. On top of the volunteer program, Hailee also applied the same management methods to improve our annual Back to School Fair and Angel Tree events which serve our at-risk and needy students and families. Both programs received high marks and positive responses from everyone involved as the district served thousands of students and families. We are thankful for her dedication to the students, staff, and community of Northwest ISD!”
